The actress was at the New York premiere of her new movie Les Miserables in what was supposed to be a lovely black coloured gown with slits high up to her thighs but that was not the problem – she wasn’t putting on any underwear.
And as she exited her SUV, normally, the paparazzi would want to do their job of taking photographers and they did. Only it was one photo taken too many.
Her most ‘sacred’ place was exposed in the process and now the photos are all over the internet; making front page to the delight or displeasure (depending on where you stand) of many.
But the actress is not pleased about it and she has spoken out about the incident
“It was obviously an unfortunate incident. It kind of made me sad on two accounts. One was that I was very sad that we live in an age when someone takes a picture of another person in a vulnerable moment and rather than delete it, and do the decent thing, sells it. And I’m sorry that we live in a culture that commodifies sexuality of unwilling participants.”
